摘要
目的:探讨予以足月孕妇应用COOK宫颈球囊扩张对提高孕妇引产成功率的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年3月产科收治的80例足月孕妇为研究对象,随机分成研究组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组使用欣普贝生辅助引产,研究组则使用COOK宫颈球囊引产,观察两组治疗效果、引产成功率及产程指标。结果:研究组宫颈Bishop评分及引产成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05),而在治疗总有效率、总产程时间、产后24 h出血量、新生儿体重及1min Apgar评分上研究组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对足月孕妇,应用COOK宫颈球囊,可提高产妇的宫颈成熟度及提高孕妇的引产成功率,值得推广。
Objective:to investigate the effect of COOK cervical balloon dilation on the success rate of labor induction in pregnant women.Methods:80 cases of full-term pregnant women admitted to the Obstetrics Department from January 2018 to March 2019 were chosen and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was assisted in labor induction with dinoprostone,while the study group was assisted in labor induction with COOK cervical balloon,with the therapeutic effect,success rate of labor induction and labor duration indexes observed.Results:the Bishop score and success rate of labor induction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in the total effective rate of treatment,total duration of labor,blood loss at 24h postpartum,neonatal weight and Apgar score at 1min(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of COOK cervical balloons can improve the cervical maturity and the success rate of labor induction of pregnant women,which is worth promoting.
