摘要
健康状态评估是复杂系统故障预测与健康管理的关键环节,为准确评估系统的状态,提出一种基于改进马田系统(improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi system,IMTS)的评估方法。首先,通过监测多特征参数的时间序列,运用IMTS筛选特征并计算加权马氏距离(weighted Mahalanobis distance,WMD);然后,基于WMD构建健康指数(health index,HI)模型,并利用Box-Cox变换和3σ准则确定HI阈值;最后,通过美国国家航空航天局(national aeronautics and space administration,NASA)提供的PHM08数据,对航空发动机的健康状态进行评估。结果表明,该方法能够对复杂系统进行及时有效的综合健康状态评估。
Health status assessment is a key part of prognostics and health management for complex systems.Aiming at the comprehensive assessment problems of the system health state,a complex system health evaluation approach is proposed,which is based on the improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi system(IMTS).Firstly,the time series of multiple characteristic parameters is monitored,which is put into IMTS to filter the features and calculate the weighted Mahalanobis distance(WMD).Then,the health index(HI)model is constructed based on WMD,and the Box-Cox transformation and three-sigma rules are used to determine the HI threshold.Finally,with the PHM08 data provided by national aeronautics and space administration(NASA),the health status of the aeroengine is evaluated.The results indicate that the proposed method can perform timely and effective comprehensive health assessment of complex systems.
