深基坑钢筋混凝土内支撑拆除施工技术研究 被引量:17

摘要 深基坑内支撑结构拆除时需同时考虑拆除过程对主体结构的扰动和基坑支护安全等问题,工艺复杂,工期较长,常规的换撑、拆撑方式不能满足主体结构施工工期要求。以南山区档案服务大厦项目深基坑内支撑拆除工程为例,对深基坑内支撑拆除过程中的施工技术进行了研究。研究表明,通过采用内支撑分阶段拆除的施工工艺,在确保深基坑安全的同时,满足了主体结构工期要求,同时,采用机械切割方式对支撑结构分段切除,对周围环境影响较小,有利于环境保护。 When the inner supporting structure of deep foundation excavation is demolished, it is necessary to consider the disturbance of the main structure and the safety of foundation excavation during the demolition process. The process is complicated and the construction period is long. The conventional supporting methods like replacement supporting and demolition supporting can not meet the construction period requirements of the main structure. Taking the demolition of deep foundation excavation in the Nanshan District Archives Service Building project as an example,this thesis studies the construction technical problems in the process of supporting demolition in deep foundation excavation. The research shows that by adopting the construction technology of dismantling the inner supporting in stages and ensuring the safety of deep foundation excavation at the same time,the requirement of the main structural period can be met. Meanwhile,the mechanical cutting method,used to remove the supporting structure in sections, has little impact on the surrounding environment and is beneficial to environmental protection.
