摘要
在地铁基坑中,钢支撑的极限承载能力与螺栓的受力密切相关。通过解析法、梁单元法和精细化数值计算方法研究钢支撑系统管节连接螺栓群极限承载力,结果表明,在规范容许的偏心距下螺栓不受荷,随着偏心距的增大螺栓逐步受拉,螺栓受荷大小与偏心距密切相关。对于Φ609钢支撑,10. 9级螺栓基本能够满足需要,但对于Φ800钢支撑,10. 9级螺栓无法充分发挥钢管管节的承载能力,应采用12. 9级螺栓予以匹配。
In this paper,three different calculation methods,such as analytical method,beam element method and refined numerical calculation method,are used to compare and analyze the bolt strength required for different steel support pipe joints under eccentric stress. The analysis found that the bolt strength is closely related to the ultimate bearing capacity of the steel support pipe joint. For the Φ609 steel support,the 10. 9 bolts can basically meet the needs,but for the Φ800 steel support,the 10. 9 bolts can not fully exert the bearing capacity of the steel pipe joints,and should be matched with 12. 9 bolts.
