摘要
山区公路隧道施工开挖主要采用爆破法,爆破产生的振动必将对隧道产生影响,但目前隧道施工爆破对围岩初期支护、二次支护和围岩的影响研究较少,为此,以翻坝高速公路寨子包隧道施工爆破为例,通过对隧道爆破振动测试分析,获得了该隧道施工爆破振动规律经验公式。依据寨子包隧道的特点,给出了其控制标准,由控制标准和经验公式,得到了该隧道围岩和支护结构的爆破控制参量。最后结合寨子包隧道的实际爆破情况,提出了该隧道的爆破振动控制措施。
The excavation of mountain traffic tunnels mainly adopts the method of drilling and blasting,and the blasting vibration will have an impact on the tunnel. However,the impact of tunnel blasting on the initial support,secondary support and surrounding rock of surrounding rock is less. To this end,there is an example of construction blasting of the Zhaizibao tunnel in Fanba expressway. Through the blasting vibration test and processing analysis,the empirical formula of the blasting vibration law of the tunnel construction is obtained. According to the characteristics of the Zhaizibao tunnel,the control standard is given. The control parameters and empirical formulas are used to obtain the blasting control parameters of the surrounding rock and supporting structure of the tunnel. Finally,combined with the actual blasting situation of the Zhaizibao tunnel,the blasting vibration control measures are proposed.
