摘要
隔震支座下支墩施工质量是影响上部结构安全及隔震效果的关键环节,而国内对于LNR1500及以上支座的施工经验不足。对北京大兴国际机场旅客航站楼及综合换乘中心层间隔震系统运用BIM技术对下支墩钢筋绑扎、预埋件安装及混凝土浇筑难度及措施进行分析,强调了在施工前与设计单位充分沟通论证,解决了由于下支墩钢筋密集影响预埋件安装及混凝土浇筑质量的问题隐患。
The construction quality of the supporting pier under the isolation bearing is the key to the safety of the superstructure and the isolation effect,while the domestic construction of LNR1500 and above supports is not enough. This paper analyzes the difficulties and measures of reinforcement lashing,embedded parts installation and concrete pouring of the lower pier by using BIM technology for the passenger terminal building of an airport and the integrated transfer center layer seismic system,and emphasizes the full communication and argumentation of the design units before the construction. It solves the hidden trouble of the installation of embedded parts and the quality of concrete pouring due to the dense influence of the lower anchorage bars.
