苏马诺油田的低成本挖潜上产技术措施研究

摘要 苏马诺油田开发历史长、油藏数量多、单井钻遇油层数多。由于地面条件及资源国有关制度因素的限制,油田产能严重不足。通过重新评价油田剩余油潜力,分析总结油田挖潜技术,结合油田已有的物质基础和油藏潜力,提出了针对工区的低成本挖潜上产策略。认为对油田西部天然能量较为充足的重油油藏,可以重点采取油套环空掺稀电泵提液措施,而对油田东部潜力较大的中质油油藏,应重点采用高压气举采油技术;同时,区别实施老井恢复、换层、补孔和重新射孔等技术措施,可以实现在低成本条件下挖潜上产的目的。 The development history of Zumano Oilfield is long,with numerous reservoirs and oil-layers encountered by a single well.Due to the restriction of surface condition and laws and regulations of host country,the productivity is severely insufficient.Based on current material basis and reservoir potential,the potential of remaining oil is re-evaluated in the article and related technologies for potential discovery are analyzed.And then low-cost potential discovery and production stimulation technology is proposed for work area.The conclusion is that for the reservoirs with sufficient natural energy in western oilfield,spiking oil into annulus of tubing and casing while producing fluid with electric submersible pump is preferred;for the medium oil reservoir in eastern oilfield with great potential,gas lifting under high pressure is better.In addition,measurements,such as restoring the old well,changing producing layer,adding perforation and re-perforating,are applied according to specific situations,so to achieve the goal of low-cost potential discovery and production stimulation.
