摘要
装配式建筑结构中钢筋套筒灌浆连接件的力学性能直接关系到结构的安全性。对9种不同类型的钢筋套筒灌浆连接件进行了高应力反复拉压试验。在高应力反复拉伸作用下,试件出现钢筋断裂和粘结滑移2种破坏形式。钢筋锚固长度为8 d和7 d的试件,连接钢筋被拉断;钢筋锚固长度为6 d的试件,套筒内部发生锚固钢筋的粘结滑移。依据弹性力学原理,对钢筋套筒灌浆连接件进行模型简化分析,结合理论计算,推导出锚固钢筋的最小锚固长度临界值为6.5 d。
The mechanical properties of the reinforced sleeve grouting connector in a prefabricated building structure are directly related to the safety of the structure.9 different types of reinforced sleeve grouting joints are subjected to repeated high-stress tests.Under repeated high tensile stresses,two types of failure occur in the specimen:fracture of the steel bar and bond slip.For the test pieces with anchoring lengths of 8 d and 7 d,the connecting bars are broken;for the test pieces with anchoring length of 6 d,the slip of the anchoring bars occurs inside the sleeve.Based on the elastic mechanics principle,the simplified analysis of the grouting connector of the reinforced sleeve grouting is carried out.Combined with theoretical calculations,the minimum anchoring length of the anchoring reinforcement is derived to be 6.5 d.
