摘要
谱域光学相干层析成像是通过对样品后向散射的光谱干涉数据进行相关处理后获得重构图像的技术,因此图像重构是其重要的环节.具体介绍了信号重采样、消除寄生项、灰度图绘制等相关原理与方法,还介绍了对非理想光源的修正补偿方法,并通过实验验证了该方法的可行性.
Spectral domain optical coherence tomography(SDOCT)is a technique to obtain reconstructed images by correlating the backscattered spectral interferometric data of the sample,and image reconstruction is an important part of OCT. This paper introduces the relevant methods,including signal resampling,parasitic items eliminating, gray-scale drawing,and the correction and compensation method for non-ideal light source. The feasibility of this method is verified by experiments.
