摘要 采用"机械格栅+混凝沉淀池+涡凹气浮+水解酸化+UASB反应器+CASS反应池+斜管沉淀池"工艺处理某药厂生产废水和少量办公生活废水.处理规模为400 m3/d,其中固体制剂废水及生活废水280 m3/d,红霉素生产废水120 m3/d.研究结果表明,采用该处理方法,COD和BOD5去除率可分别达98%和99%以上,出水氨氮含量低于25 mg/L.外排生产废水达到环保相关要求. The process of"mechanical grid + coagulation sedimentation tank + vortex air flotation + hydrolysis acidification + UASB reactor + CASS reaction tank + inclined tube sedimentation tank"is applicated for the treatment of wastewater from a pharmaceutical production and a small amount of office domestic wastewater. The treatment scale is 400 m^3/d,including 280 m^3/d of solid preparation wastewater and domestic wastewater,and 120 m^3/d of erythromycin production wastewater. The results show that with the treatment method of this study,the removal rates of COD and BOD5 can reach 98% and 99% respectively,and the ammonia nitrogen content of effluent is less than 25 mg/L. The effluent production wastewater meets environmental protection requirements.
