山东省土地利用绩效评价及障碍因子诊断

Land Use Performance Evaluation and Obstacle Factor Diagnosis in Shandong Province

运用TOPSISI(理想解)法和障碍度模型,对山东省2006—2018年土地利用绩效水平进行评价,并对影响土地利用绩效水平的障碍因子进行了诊断。结果表明:2006—2018年山东省土地利用综合绩效水平经历了低级—中级—良好—高级的变化过程,地均从业人数和工业固体废物综合利用率取代地均固定资产投资和城镇化率,成为阻碍土地利用绩效排名前两位的障碍因子。

TOPSISI(ideal solution)method and obstacle degree model were used to evaluate the level of land use performance in Shandong Province from 2006 to 2018,and diagnosed the obs-tacle factors that affected the level of land use performance.The results show that the comprehen-sive land use performance level in Shandong Province experienced the process of low-intermediate-good-advanced change from 2006 to 2018,the number of land-based employees and the compr-ehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste replaced the average fixed asset investment and urbanization rate as the top two obstacle factors hindering the performance of land use.
