《祖庭事苑》“古之重语”之辨

Differentiation of “Guzhichongyu” (Ancient Synonyms)in A Study of Zen Quotations

"古之重语"这一术语在传统的文献中似乎不多见,但《祖庭事苑》的释义中多次运用该术语。经过分析比较得知,"重语"即汉语中的"同义连用"。"古"的范围为古书或古注疏。善卿判断"古之重语"的标准是古书或古注疏中"同义为训"的材料,同时限定两个等义的语素才能构成重语。

The technique term "Guzhichongyu"(Ancient Synonyms)seems rare in the traditional literature.Nevertheless,it is used more than one time in A Study of Zen Quotations.The analysis and comparison has shown that "chongyu" is exactly the "synonym".And the "ancient" covers the ancient books or ancient notes.And SHAN Qing’s norm for "ancient synonyms" is the material for interpretation in ancient books or ancient notes.Meanwhile,it is defined that the two morphemes with the same meaning can become synonyms.
