基层统战服务乡村振兴的现实困境与消解路径--基于四川省J县M村基层统战实践分析

Dilemma of the Grassroot United Front Serving the Rural Revitalization and Its Wayout:An Analysis Based on the United Front Work of M Village,J County,Sichuan Province

基层统战对乡村振兴具有可"嵌入性",做好基层统战工作,有助于实现乡村振兴发展。四川省J县M村基层统战以联络机制为保障、以教育培训为抓手、以社区营造为依托、以关系链接为主轴,发挥新的社会阶层人士对乡村发展的牵引作用,助力乡村振兴,但同时也面临着信息功能整合羸弱、关系链接样式固化、矛盾化解能力匮缺、资源拓展渠道受限的多重现实困境。因此,应该从提升信息功能整合效度、丰富关系链接样式、增强矛盾化解能力、扩宽资源拓展渠道层面着力消解,实现基层统战格局的优化、服务乡村振兴功能的益化。

The grassroot united front work can be "embedded" into the rural revitalization.Therefore,the good work of grassroot united front can help to revitalize the rural areas.With the liaison as guarantee,training as starting point,community construction as basis and relation chain as chief axis,M Village,M County,Sichuan Province,has played the leading role of the people from various classes in rural revitalization.However,it is facing some problems like weak integration of information,stereotype of relation chain,lack of conflict relief,and channel limitation of resource expansion.Accordingly,we should make corresponding measures to achieve the optimization of grassroot united front’s setup to better serve the revitalization of the rural areas.
