摘要
依据ISO 9223~9226—2012、ISO12944—2018、Qualisteelcoat 4.1—2019标准所划分的大气腐蚀等级和涂层防腐能力的检测方法,探讨了风电设备的运行环境及实验室检测要求,提出了风电设备钢结构件在不同大气腐蚀等级下的防腐技术、涂装体系和粉末涂装的解决方案。
According to the testing methods of atmospheric corrosion rate and coating anticorrosion in ISO 9223~9226,ISO12944 and Qualisteelcoat 4.1,the working conditions and laboratory testing requirements of wind power equipment were discussed.Meanwhile,the anticorrosive technology,coating system and powder coating solutions for the steel structures of wind power equipment in different atmospheric corrosion rate were proposed.
