摘要
针对工程机械作业环境和使用要求,从粉末涂料的耐候、耐盐雾原理出发,选择了合适的树脂、固化剂与助剂;探讨了不同底粉与面粉复配对工程机械用粉末涂层的耐盐雾、光老化、冲击效果的影响;最终研制出具备优良耐候性能、耐盐雾优异、冲击性能良好的工程机械用粉末涂料。
According to the working conditions and application requirements of engineering machinery,and viewed from the principle of weathering and salt spray resistance of powder coatings,the appropriate resin,curing agent and additives are selected.The effects of different mass ratio of primer powder and top powder on the salt spray resistance,photoaging and impact performance of powder coatings are discussed.Thus a novel powder coating for engineering machinery with excellent weather resistance,salt spray resistance and impact performance has been prepared.
