摘要
对采自香格里拉地区的藏药舟叶橐吾进行了化学成分研究,利用硅胶柱层析、MCI GEL中压柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析及高效液相色谱等多种色谱分离方法从其根部95%甲醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物.根据其理化性质及波谱数据,对照文献分别鉴定为umbelliferone(1),caffeic acid(2),4-acetophenol(3),4-(3′,4′-dihydroxycinnamoyl)-oxy-methyl cinnamate(4),5′,3-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavanone(5),3′,5-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflacanone(6),picropodophyllin(7),isopicropodophyllone(8),hydrocinnamic acid(9).化合物4~8为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
This research aims to study the chemical constituents of the root of Tibetan medicine Ligularia cymbulifera collected in Shangri-La.Using various chromatographic techniques such as silica,MPLC-MCI-gel,Sephdax LH-20 and HPLC,nine compounds were isolated and purified from the 95%methanol extraction of the root.Their structures were identified asumbelliferone(1),caffeic acid(2),4-acetophenol(3),4-(3′,4′-dihydroxycinnamoyl)-oxy-methyl cinnamate(4),5′,3-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavanone(5),3′,5-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflacanone(6),picropodophyllin(7),isopicropodophyllone(8),hydrocinnamic acid(9)by compared their physicochemical properties and NMR spectral with the data in the relevant literatures.Compounds 4—8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
