Supply and Demand Balance Planning of Transmission Grid Based on Flexibility Evaluation Index

传统的电网规划方法已经无法再适应当前的电力系统需要。为此,通过对输电网灵活性供需平衡特征进行分析,构建输电网供需平衡灵活性评估指标,并对输电网供需平衡规划进行优化设计。通过实验证明,新的规划模型可以使电网运行的灵活性增加。

Traditional grid planning methods can no longer adapt to current power system needs. To this end,by analyzing the characteristics of the flexible supply and demand balance of the transmission grid,constructing an evaluation index of the supply and demand balance flexibility of the transmission grid,and optimizing the supply and demand balance planning of the transmission grid. Experiments have proved that the new planning model can increase the flexibility of grid operation.
