摘要
电液转换器是将电信号转换为液压信号以驱动液压执行机构动作的重要设备。为确保高精度的电液转换器的性能,常在其线圈上采用振频信号+电信号的控制方式。在长期振动的工作环境下,它的接线稳定性至关重要。针对现有技术存在的安装牢固性不够、易脱焊、缺乏防护等问题,对电液转换器及其接线进行深入研究,设计了一套优固定、全防护的接线工艺并应用实施。
Electro-hydraulic converter is an important device that converts electrical signals into hydraulic signals to drive the action of hydraulic actuators. In order to ensure the performance of the high-precision electro-hydraulic converter,a control method of vibration frequency signal + electrical signal is often used on its coil. In such a long-term vibration working environment,the stability of its wiring is very important. Aiming at the problems existing in the prior technology,such as insufficient installation robustness,easy to take off welding,and lack of protection,this article conducts in-depth research on the electro-hydraulic converter and its wiring,designs a set of excellent fixed and fully protected wiring technology and applies it to practice.
