摘要
该文运用实验法、文献资料法、数据统计法以及专家访谈法,深入分析了表象训练法在羽毛球高远球技术动作学习中的作用原理和对技术动作学习的影响。研究表明:第一,运用表象训练法,能够有效地帮助学生形成清晰、生动的视觉表象和动作表象,对技术动作的重点难点起重要的强调作用,能够增加课堂教学形式,激发学生学习兴趣;第二,明确了表象训练法对羽毛球运动的具体技术动作教学有着极其重要的意义,实验数据说明了合理的运用表象训练法能够更好地帮助学生掌握、提高羽毛球高远球技术。因此,表象训练法在羽毛球教学中有推广的必要。文章最后对研究结果进行了讨论并对表象训练的实施方法及注意事项提出了建议。
This paper deeply analyzes the application of representation training method in forehand clear badminton teaching and its influence on forehand clear learning by using experimental method,documentary data method,data statistics method and expert interview method.The results show that the use of representation training method can effectively help students to form clear and vivid visual representations and action representations,play an important role in emphasizing the key difficulties of technical movements,and can increase classroom teaching forms and stimulate students’interest in learning and that the representation training method definitely has an important significance for the specific technical action teaching of badminton.Experimental data shows that the reasonable use of the representation training method can better help students master and improve the badminton forehand clear technique.Therefore,appearance training method is necessary in badminton teaching.Finally,the research results are discussed and suggestions are put forward on the implementation methods and precautions of the image training.
