摘要
为进一步研究螺杆压缩机油气分离器进气口方向对分离效率的影响,采用PumpLinx软件对不同角度进入分离器的两相流场进行了三维数值模拟。对比从不同入口角度进入的相体运动轨迹、速度矢量分布以及各相体积分布情况,得出流场在入口角度为切向时相比其他角度,具有芯部速度单向、一维以及各相体向芯部集中的特点,进而得出速度越接近切向分离效果越好的结论,为油气分离器的进一步优化提供了理论参考。
In order to furtherly study the influence of the inlet direction of the screw compressor oil and gas separator on the separation efficiency,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the two-phase flow field entering the separator from different angles is carried out by using PumpLinx software.By comparing the trajectory,velocity vector distribution and volume distribution of each phase from different entrance angles,when the entrance and exit direction is tangential,compared with other angles,the flow field has the characteristics of unidirectional velocity,stability and concentration of phase body to the core.It is concluded that the velocity closer to the tangential,the better of separation effect,which provides the theoretical reference for further optimization of the oil-gas separator.
