摘要
分析了往复压缩机无油润滑技术的影响因素,指出活塞环及填料密封的无油润滑技术是实现压缩机无油润滑的关键。而压缩机工作过程中摩擦热的产生及导出是问题的核心,摩擦热能否及时导出决定了密封元件的使用寿命,其影响因素主要包括自润滑材料、密封压差、冷却条件、密封结构及活塞平均速度。
This paper analyzed the influence factors of oil free lubrication technology for reciprocating compressors.The results showed that the performances of piston rings and packings operating without lubrication were the most important in oil free compressors.The essential problems were the friction heat and the heat conduction.The life of sealing elements was controlled by the performance of the heat conduction.The influence factors mainly included self-lubricated material,pressure differential,cooling condition,seal structure and piston velocity.
