防止舌簧阀片断裂的研究和节能型气阀的开发 被引量:1

摘要 在种类繁多的气阀片中,条形的舌簧阀片结构简单,动态特性好,响应速度快,节能效果显著,但是容易断裂。通过对大量收集的断裂的舌簧阀片的观察研究与分析,弄清了舌簧阀片断裂的成因,总结出防止舌簧阀片断裂的设计方法,设计成功以舌簧阀片为启闭元件的长寿命、高效节能型气阀,并进一步将这种新型气阀用于压缩机设计,使压缩机的技术性能大幅度提升。 Among the wide variety of gas valve plates,the strip-shaped reed valve plate has the featues of simple structure,good dynamic characteristics,fast response speed,remarkable energy saving effect,but is easily broken.It was clarified that the fracture reason of the reed valve plate and summarized that the design method of preventing the fracture of reed valve plate based on the observation and analysis of a large number of collected fracture reed valves.The design of the long-life,high-efficiency and energy-saving type valve with the reed valve plate as the opening and closing element was successfully designed.In further,the application of the new type of gas valve in compressor design will greatly improve the technical performance of compressor.
