Analysis and Prevention for the Vibration of Reciprocating Compressor Pipeline

针对往复压缩机管线振动问题,进行原因分析,介绍振动的消减方法,以及设计院、制造厂对振动问题解决措施。提出炼厂新购往复压缩机应对振动问题的措施。

Aiming at the vibration of reciprocating compressor pipeline,the reason was anlyzed and the reduction method was introduced in the paper.The solving measures provided by design institute,manufacturing plant presented as well.Finanly,the measure to deal with vibration problem for the newly purchased reciprocating compressors was proposed.
