摘要
针对脉冲热压焊接机采用普通PID控制存在响应时间长、超调量大等特点,分析了基于前置补偿的连续数字PID控制,建立了近似的系统模型函数,并运用工程软件MATLAB对系统控制进行仿真分析,从而快速得到了系统的PID调节参数。最终提出了在焊接机工作过程中采用开环和闭环相结合的控制方法,实现了加热过程的既快速又稳定的理想控制效果。
Because of the common PID control adopted by the pulse hot-press welding machine,the article analyzed the continuous digital PID control based on precompensation,established an approximate model of the system function,and simulated and analyzed the control system with the engineering software MATLAB,thus got the PID parameters of the system quickly. Finally,a control method of combining open and closed loop was proposed in the working process of the welding machine,and the ideal effect was realized that the heating process was rapid and stable.
