自动化装置对平板显示器紧固件锁紧的效果和生产效率有着重要影响,文中使用水平五轴机器人自动化机台和锁付装置,采用真空吸取和附加检测功能,实现了显示器背部的紧固件自动锁紧。经实际验证,紧固件自动锁紧动作安全可靠,运行平稳,锁紧的紧固件精度符合技术要求,可为类似产品的自动化应用起到借鉴作用。

As automatic device produces a great impact on the production effect and efficiency of the flat panel display fastener locking,the automatic locking of the fasteners on the back of the display is realized by using the horizontal five-axis robot automatic machine and locking device,and the vacuum suction and additional detection functions.The results show that,the automatic locking action of fasteners is safe and reliable,the operation is stable,and the accuracy of locking fasteners meets the technical requirements,which can be used for reference for the automation application of similar products.
