摘要
以U盾外壳塑件为实例,探讨了一模两腔家族模注塑模具结构设计方法。应用了Moldflow软件对注塑成型进行了模流分析,获取了流动平衡的浇注系统设计方案。采用了斜顶侧抽芯机构成型上下壳体的侧凸和侧孔结构,并对推出力和斜顶截面尺寸进行了计算和校核。对同类型塑件的注塑模具设计具有参考作用。
Taking the U shield shell plastic parts as an example,the design method of a two-cavity family injection mold structure is discussed.An analysis was performed on the injection molding using Moldflow software to obtain a flow-balanced gating and running system design.The side core-drawing mechanism composed of lifters is adopted to form the side convex and side hole structures of the upper and lower shells,and the pushing force and the cross-sectional size of the lifters are calculated and checked.It has a good reference to the design of injection molds of the analogous plastic parts.
