摘要
介绍了一种多料取放结构的真空气路设计。通过在真空发生器后安装直动阀组,降低了各气路之间的相互影响,解决了多物料吸取时,由于物料缺失导致的系统失效问题。通过在真空发生器排气口接入单向阀,气源断气后,系统可在一定时间内保持真空状态,防止吸取产品掉落。经长期使用证明,该气路具有较高的可靠性和实用性。
A pneumatic circuit design for Multi-materials pick-and-place structure was studied.The interaction between the pneumatic circuit is reduced,and the system failure caused by the lack of materials in multi-material absorption is solvedafter installing the direct-acting valve behind the vacuum generator.Moreover,one-way valve is connected to the exhaust port of the vacuum generator,which could keep the vacuum for a period of time after the air shut down,so as to prevent the products from falling.The design has been proved a high reliability and practicability.
