浅析曲轴磨床的可靠性改进

摘要 由于磨削加工中铁泥较多,采用水基乳化液进行加工冷却的磨床,冷却液经过过滤后依然存在部分微小铁泥,长期积累后,冷却系统调压机构受影响出现故障,导致机床频繁停机。主要介绍JUNKER磨床使用的冷却系统调压机构结构、原理和缺陷,以及针对此问题制定的改进方案,实施完成后极大地提升机床可靠性。 Due to the large amount of iron mud in grinding process,there are still some small iron mud in the grinding machine which uses water-based emulsion for cooling.After long-term accumulation,the pressure regulating mechanism of the cooling system is affected and malfunctions,resulting in frequent shutdown of the machine.This paper mainly introduces the structure,principle and defect of the pressure regulating mechanism of the cooling system used in Junker grinder,and the improvement plan made for this problem.After the implementation,the reliability of the grinder will be greatly improved.
