摘要
为更好地推进技术市场全面健康发展,促进郑州市的技术转移体系建设,提升科技创新综合实力,为企业提供更全面的服务,本研究对2018年郑州市技术交易进行了统计和现状分析,总结了郑州市技术市场发展的特点,并提出加快落实技术转移补助政策;加快信息平台建设;深入开展吸纳技术交易研究;大力开展国际技术转移的建议。
In order to further boost the sound development of technology market in an all-round way,advance the construction of Zhengzhou technology transfer system,enhance the comprehensive strength of scientific and technological innovation,and provide more comprehensive services for enterprises,this study conducts a statistical and status analysis of Zhengzhou’s technology transaction in 2018.The study summarizes the features of Zhengzhou’s technology market development and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
