2019年云南省少数民族居民健康素养现状分析

Analysis on Status of Health Literacy Among Minority Residents in Yunnan Province,2019

目的通过监测和分析2019年云南省少数民族居民健康素养现状,了解云南省少数民族人口的健康素养水平,为在云南省少数民族人群中开展健康教育与健康促进工作和制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,在云南省129个县(市、区)随机抽取15~69岁少数民族居民19343名作为研究对象。结果云南省少数民族居民健康素养水平为12.21%。3个方面健康素养水平从高到低依次为基本知识和理念(20.34%)、健康生活方式与行为(11.88%)、基本技能(10.32%);6类健康问题素养水平从高到低依次为安全与急救(34.59%)、科学健康观(25.99%)、基本医疗(15.79%)、健康信息(14.79%)、传染病防治(14.51%)、慢性病防治(12.53%)。结论云南省少数民族居民健康素养水平总体较低,应针对少数民族居民健康问题加大力度开展健康教育宣传与干预,提升少数民族居民健康素养水平。

Objective Through monitoring and analyzing the health literacy status of ethnic minority residents in Yunnan Province in 2019,to understand the health literacy level of ethnic minority population in Yunnan Province,and to provide scientific basis for health education and health promotion among ethnic minority population in Yunnan Province,and for formulating intervention measures.Methods Using multi-stage sampling method,19,343 ethnic minority residents aged 15-69 years were randomly selected from 129 counties(cities and districts)in Yunnan Province as the research objects.Results The health literacy level of ethnic minority residents in Yunnan Province was 12.21%.From high to low,the health literacy level of the three aspects is basic knowledge and concept(20.34%),healthy lifestyle and behavior(11.88%),and basic skills(10.32%);the literacy level of the six types of health problems is safety and first aid(34.59%),scientific health concept(25.99%),basic medical treatment(15.79%),health information(14.79%),infectious disease prevention and control(14.51%),and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases(12.53%).Conclusion As the health literacy level of minority residents in Yunnan Province is generally low,health education and intervention should be intensified to improve the health literacy level of minority residents.
