Rapid Assessment of Health Literacy Among Some Civil Servants in Shenzhen Based on WeChat Public Platform

摘要 目的 探讨利用微信公众平台开展公务员健康素养快速评估,了解深圳市公务员健康素养状况.方法 采用健康素养快速评估问卷,基于微信公众平台开发在线答题系统,采用方便抽样方法对深圳市部分公务员进行调查.结果 公务员总体健康素养水平为77.53分.高健康素养比例最高(73.17%),低健康素养比例最低(9.15%),边际健康素养比例居中(17.68%).结论 利用微信公众平台开展健康素养快速评估是一种经济便捷的方式.公务员中高健康素养者比例较高,应充分发挥其在提高居民健康素养中的示范作用. Objective To conduct the rapid estimate of health literacy among civil servants by WeChat public platform,and to understand the status of health literacy among civil servants.Methods The rapid assessment system of health literacy was used,and an online answering system was developed based on WeChat public platform.Then an anonymous survey was conducted among civil servants selected by convenience sampling method from Shenzhen authority.Results The average health literacy scores of civil servants was 77.53.The proportion of high health literacy was the highest(73.17%);the proportion of low health literacy was the lowest(9.15%);the proportion of marginal health literacy was centered(17.68%).Conclusion WeChat public platform is an economical and convenient way to conduct the rapid assessment of health literacy.Civil servants have a high proportion of high health literacy and should be promoted to play exemplary role in health literacy promoting programmer.
