摘要
目的 探讨PDCA循环模式在全科医师规范化培养社区带教管理的应用效果.方法 选取2018年1-10月在静安区某两家全科医师规范化培养社区教学基地学员16例为对照组,再选取2019年1-10月学员16例为观察组.对照组学员以传统模式开展全科医师社区培训,观察组采用PDCA循环管理模式进行全科医师社区培训质量控制管理.项目结束后,对两组全科学员的教学效果、满意度及患者对学员满意度进行比较.结果 观察组全科学员的理论知识和操作技能考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),且患者对全科学员满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 PDCA循环管理模式可改善全科医师规范化培养社区基地带教质量,提高学员带教满意度及患者对学员的满意度.
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle in improving teaching quality management for standardized training of general practitioners.Methods From January to October 2018,16 students from two general practitioners standardized training community teaching bases in Jing'an District were selected as the control group,and then 16 students from January to October 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group was conducted community training for general practitioners in the traditional mode,and the observation group used PDCA cycle management mode for quality control management of community training for general practitioners.After the completion of the project,the teaching effect,satisfaction and patients’satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The knowledge and operational skills test scores of the scientific research personnel of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the patients’satisfaction with the whole scientific staff was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using PDCA cycle method in community teaching quality management for general practitioners standardized training can improve teaching quality and improve students'satisfaction on teachers and patient satisfaction.
