上海市徐汇区伏案工作人群颈椎健康状况调查

Study on Health Conditions of Cervical Spine Among Desk-bound Workers in Xuhui District of Shanghai

目的 了解上海市徐汇区伏案工作人群颈椎健康现状.方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法,在徐汇区随机抽取2个街道(镇),对该辖区的三家健康促进示范基地(企业、学校、机关)内所有符合标准的人员进行调查.研究对象为伏案工作人群,进入单位满一年以上的正式员工.采用Epi Data 3.1录入数据并建立数据库,应用SPSS 22.0统计软件完成统计分析.结果 780名伏案工作人群中,颈椎病患病率为13.8%,高于一般人群.主要表现为颈型颈椎病,三个最常见症状为颈部酸痛、肩部酸痛和头晕.颈部酸痛和肩部酸痛与性别(P<0.01)、年龄(P<0.01)、文化程度(P<0.01)、职业(P<0.05)等因素都有关,头晕症状则只与性别(P<0.05)、年龄(P<0.01)相关.结论 伏案工作人群为颈椎病的高危人群,且越来越趋向年轻化.应尽早开展相应的干预措施,有助于此人群的颈椎病预防.

Objective To understand the health conditions of cervical spine among desk-bound workers in Xuhui District.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select in two residential districts in Xuhui District.All the staff who work in the three types of Health Promotion Organizations(enterprises,schools,and institutions)were included in the study.The subjects of the study are the people who have been in the office for more than one year.Data input was completed by EpiData 3.1 software.Statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS 22.0 software.Results In the 780 desk-bound workers,the prevalence of cervical spine disorder was 13.8%which was higher than the general population.The desk-bound workers’cervical disorder was predominantly cervical spondylosis.The three main symptoms were neck pain,shoulder pain,and dizziness.Neck pain and shoulder pain were significantly correlated with gender(P<0.01),age(P<0.01),education(P<0.01),and occupation(P<0.05);however,dizziness was only significantly correlated with sex(P<0.05)and age(P<0.01).Conclusion Desk-bound workers are at high risk for cervical spine disorder,which is likely to occur increasingly in young people.
