健康教育干预应用于2型糖尿病合并复发性口腔溃疡的效果观察

Effect of Health Education Intervention on Type 2 Diabetes with Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的 观察2型糖尿病合并复发性口腔溃疡患者应用健康教育干预效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将鹤壁市浚县新镇中心卫生院107例2型糖尿病合并复发性口腔溃疡患者分组.对照组53例给予康复新液+1%碘甘油涂抹;干预组54例,给与健康教育干预.对比两组患者治疗后溃疡期、疼痛、血糖控制情况及临床疗效.结果 干预组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖水平、溃疡期、VAS评分均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 糖尿病自我管理健康教育干预能够有效缩短2型糖尿病合并复发性口腔溃疡患者溃疡期,减轻疼痛,调节血糖水平,提升治疗效果.

Objective To observe the effect of health education intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods A random number table was used to group 107 patients with type 2 diabetes and recurrent oral ulcers in our hospital.The control group was given Kangfuxin solution plus 1%iodine glycerol,and the observation group was given 54 health education interventions.The ulcer stage,pain,blood glucose control and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results the levels of fasting blood glucose,value of 2 Hours'Postprandial Blood Glucose,ulcer stage and VAS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education intervention for self-management of diabetes can effectively shorten the ulcer period of patients with type 2 diabetes and recurrent oral ulcers,reduce pain,regulate blood sugar levels,and improve the treatment effect.
