摘要
目前大多数软件工程项目的管理中,总负责人并不能顾全大局,把每个环节的责任落实到每个人的身上,也没有认清自己在整个项目中的作用。总负责人总是迆多地注重技术工作,对整个项目的管理缺乏管理意识,对整个项目组中的人员没有进行相应的管理,造成了项目人员忙闲差距较大。有些项目组负责人总是亲力亲为,没有让项目组里的人发挥各自的作用。在整个工程项目中,需要每个组员相互合作一起促成项目的完成。项目组的总负责人时常把责任放在自己的肩上,没有让其他工作人员感受到自身的价值。
