电解铝生产节能减排技术研究及应用

摘要 目前,我国的电解铝年产量已突破5000万吨,居世界首位,而且铝产量仍然以每年10%的速度递增,但是,电解铝生产过程中的能源消耗与环境污染始终是一道难以逾越的障碍,每年由于能源消耗所支出的费用,以及用于污染治理所投入的资金量巨大,无形当中给电解铝企业带来巨大的经济负担。因此,在积极响应国家关于“节能减排、绿色环保”号召的同时,电解铝企业应当不断创新节能减排技术,将由此带来的损失降到最低点。本文将围绕电解铝生产节能减排技术的实际应用效果予以阐述。 at present,China's electrolytic aluminium production has reached 50 million tons,the highest in the world,and aluminum production are still increasing at an annual rate of 10%,however,the energy consumption and environmental pollution in the process of electrolytic aluminium production has always been a formidable obstacle,every year due to the cost of energy consumption,and used in pollution control the overall amount of capital invested huge,invisible to electrolytic aluminium enterprises bring huge economic burden.Therefore,while actively responding to the national call of"energy conservation,emission reduction,green environmental protection",the electrolytic aluminum enterprises should continue to innovate energy conservation and emission reduction technology,the resulting losses to the minimum.This paper will focus on the practical application of the technology of energy saving and emission reduction in electrolytic aluminum production.
