摘要
针对目前综合传动装置在出现故障时的故障定位效率较低,以及无法正确对故障问题进行评估等问题,设计了基于动态劣化度的综合传动装置故障评估方法。首先利用层次分析法构建综合传动装置液压转向系统实时运行状况的评价模型,然后建立正态云模型,得到云隶属度,最后得出系统实时运行状态的评估结果矢量,采用“取隶属度大于零的最低等级项”原则进行评估。最终实验结果跟预测的结果一样,可以更加准确的评估系统健康状态。
in view of the present comprehensive transmission device in the event of a failure of fault location efficiency is low,and unable to correctly evaluate the problem and,based on dynamic degradation degree of integrated actuator failure assessment method.First use of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct comprehensive drive hydraulic steering system real-time performance evaluation model,and then establish normal cloud model,get the cloud membership degree,finally the evaluation results of system real-time running state vector,using"take minimum level of membership degree greater than zero"principle.Finally the experimental results with predicted results,can be more accurate assessment of system health.
