摘要
目前,我国的烟草制丝工程大部分都实现了自动化、机械化运作,随着PLC技术的逐渐推广应用,越来越多的制丝车间都进行了机械化生产,但是因为在烟草的制丝环节通常会出现电气设备故障问题,导致烟草制丝工作停滞不前,对电气设备进行诊断检修和维护需要消耗大量的人工成本、经济成本、时间成本。本篇文章主要针对烟草制丝生产制造环节中,电气设备出现故障的诊断检修系统进行了简要的分析,对烟草制丝生产中出现的故障进行了模拟诊断平台构建,并且描述了具体的构建方案,以期能够为烟草制丝电气故障诊断系统的搭建创造有利依据。
at present,China's tobacco silk engineering mostly realized automation,mechanization of operations,with the popularization and application of PLC technology,more and more silk workshop for the mechanization of production,but because in a tobacco silk links usually electrical equipment failure problems,lead to tobacco silk stagnation,to diagnose electrical equipment repair and maintenance need to consume large amounts of artificial cost,economic cost,time cost.This article focuses on tobacco silk production in the manufacturing,electrical equipment malfunction diagnosis maintenance system are briefly analyzed,the tobacco silk production in the simulated fault diagnosis platform construction,and describes the concrete construction scheme,in order to be able to tobacco silk electric fault diagnosis system structures,create a favorable basis.
