高中班级管理中开展心理健康教育的举措

目前,社会经济的高速发展、广大群众多元化的价值取向都是影响着学生的健康成长的因素,其中尤其令人担忧的是中学生的心理健康问题。高中阶段是一个人成长、学习的黄金时期,较初中而言能克服情感上的波动,外形上已基本褪去了稚嫩的气息,但心理上却没有成年人的成熟。这个时期的学生有着高考、升学、家庭等多方面的压力,由此导致心理发展极其易发生改变。但在班级管理活动中,大多数管理者注重对心理健康教育活动的渗透,而在平时班集体的各个环节和教育活动中却很少去渗透心理健康教育的理念。因此,如何在高中班级管理中开展学生心理健康教育并将其渗透到班级日常的环节、教育中是班主任在班级管理活动中重要任务之一,在学生的心理健康发展中起着不可言论的作用。
