根据素质教育的要求,小学数学教师在教学中要特别注重培养学生的自主性,要让学生养成主动进行数学学习探究学习的习惯,让学生养成主动思考探究的好的行为,这有助于学生主动的建构数学的知识框架成为主动的学习者,从而能够更加高效的掌握数学这门学科的内容,提高数学的学习效果。主动性的培养需要教师对学生有充分的尊重,尊重学生的潜能,尊重学生自我实现的需要,教师也需要不断提高个人的综合素质,为学生自主性的发展和促进做出一定的推动。
