浅议新课改下如何处理好小学语文教学效率的关系

摘要 新课改专家崔允郭博士说:“教学有没有效率,并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认真不认真,而是指学生有没有学到什么或学生学得好不好。如果学生不想学或者学习没有收获,即使教师教得很辛苦也是无效教学。同样,如果学生学得很辛苦,但没有得到应有的发展,也是无效或低效教学。”提高学校的教学质量是学校工作永恒的主题,也是学校生存和发展的生命线,更是社会发展对教育的要求。提高教学质量的突破口在教师,重点是“变理念”,难点在课堂。 the new curriculum reform expert Dr.Cui yunguo said:"teaching efficiency,does not mean that the teacher has not taught the content or teach seriously not seriously,but refers to the students have not learned what or students learn well.If the student does not want to learn or the learning is not fruitful,even if the teacher teaches very hard,the teaching is ineffective.Similarly,if students are working hard and not getting the development they need,it is ineffective or inefficient."Improving the quality of school teaching is the eternal theme of school work,the lifeline of school survival and development,but also the requirements of social development to education.The breakthrough to improve the teaching quality lies in the teachers,the focus is to"change the concept",the difficult points in the classroom.
