摘要
伴随着新时代我国教师教育内涵式发展和教育部实施卓越教师培训计划,教师发展的卓越取向引起教育领域的广泛关注,卓越教师发展研究日趋成为新时代教师教育的专门领域,并积累了一定的研究成果;为立体全方位扫描卓越教师发展的现实图像和未来愿景,研究梳理了2014年至今发表在教育类核心刊物的200篇文献,运用CNKI、Cite Space软件进行计量可视化分析,梳理教育领域关于我国卓越教师发展的研究现状据此窥见未来发展路向,以期为后续研究和实践提供有益镜鉴。
With the development of teacher education in the new era and the excellent teacher training program implemented by the Ministry of Education, the outstanding orientation of teacher development has attracted wide attention in the field of education. The research on outstanding teacher development has developed into a special field of teacher education in the new era, and has accumulated some research results. In order to scan the realistic image and future vision of outstanding teacher development in three-dimensional and omni-directional, this paper studies and combs 200 articles published in the core publications of education since 2014. By using CNKI, Cite Space software to carry on the measurement visualization analysis, combs the education domain about our country outstanding teacher development research present situation to see the future development direction, in order to provide the useful mirror for the follow-up research and the practice.
