保山市公共文化服务体系示范区后续建设的现状分析

Analysis on the Status Quo of the Follow-up Construction of Demonstration Area of Public Cultural Service System in Baoshan City

为充分了解边疆少数民族地区公共文化服务体系示范区后续建设的现状,选择首批国家公共文化服务体系建设示范区的云南省保山市作为调查对象,通过实地调研的方式了解该地区公共文化服务体系的现状,发现保山市在建设公共文化体系的过程中,虽然已经创建达标,但是仍存在文化总体投入不足、供给存在结构性失衡、数字化建设与网上培训力度不足、制度措施体系不完善等问题,并尝试针对性地提出进一步完善保山市公共文化服务体系示范区后续建设的建议和措施。

In order to fully understand the current situation of the follow-up construction of the public cultural service system demonstration area in the frontier minority areas, Baoshan City,Yunnan Province, the first batch of national public cultural service system construction demonstration area, was selected as the object of investigation, and the present situation of the public cultural service system in the region was understood by the way of field investigation. It is found that in the process of building the public cultural system, Baoshan City, although it has already established the standard, still has the problems of insufficient overall investment in culture, structural imbalance in supply, insufficient strength of digital construction and online training, and imperfect system of system and measures. The author also tries to put forward some suggestions and measures to further improve the demonstration area of public cultural service system in Baoshan City.
