中药熏蒸联合McKenzie疗法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症

McKenzie Therapy Combined with TCM Fumigation in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation of Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察中药熏蒸联合McKenzie疗法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将88例血瘀型LDH患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组采用McKenzie疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后JOA下腰痛量表评分和视觉模拟评分表(visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为86.36%,治疗组有效率为93.18%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后JOA下腰痛量表评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗6个月后JOA下腰痛量表评分及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合McKenzie疗法治疗血瘀型LDH,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度及改善患者的临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of McKenzie therapy combined with TCM fumigation on lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 88 patients with LDH of blood stasis type were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with McKenzie therapy,and the treatment group was treated with TCM fumigation on the basis of the control group.Then the clinical effects of the two groups and the changes of JOA low back pain scale and visual analog scale(VAS)before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate was 86.36%in the control group and 93.18%in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment,and that of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after six months’treatment(P>0.05).The JOA low back pain scale score of the two groups after the treatment was higher than that that before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).The JOA low back pain scale score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference JOA low back pain scale score in between the two groups after 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:McKenzie therapy combined with TCM fumigation has a remarkable efficacy on LDH of blood stasis type,can effectively improve the degree of pain and clinical symptoms of patients.
