摘要
装配式建筑虽然从理论上可以大幅度缩短建造工期,但是由于多种原因,一般很难达到预期的效果。装配式建筑从设计到装配四个阶段影响进度的因素众多,并且因素之间存在着复杂的关系。通过文献梳理与专家访谈的结果确定了15个主要的影响装配式建筑施工进度的指标,并利用解释结构模型(ISM)的方法将指标要素之间的关系转化为可达矩阵,建立装配式建筑施工进度的ISM模型,揭示出各要素之间的相互关系,然后运用网络层次分析法(ANP)求解出各影响因素的权重,进而找出影响装配式建筑进度的主要因素。
Although prefabricated construction buildings(PCBs)can greatly shorten the construction period theoretically,it is difficult to achieve the expected effect due to various reasons.There are many factors influencing the progress of PCBs from design to assembly,and there are complex relations among them.Through literature review and expert interview results,15 main indicators affecting the construction progress of PCBs are determined.The relationship between index elements is transformed into accessible matrix by using the method of Interpretative Structure Model(ISM),the PCBs construction progress of the ISM,reveals the relationship between each factor and then use the analytic network process(ANP)and then find out the main factors that affect the progress of PCBs.
