士官学校应用数学课程分层教学刍探

摘要 基于士官学校教学现实的需要,教员应对应用数学课程开展分层教学,以学生为中心,因材施教,达到促进学员同比进步、全面提高教学质量的目的。文章在研究分层教学的理论依据和意义基础上,对应用数学课程实施分层教学的具体措施进行探索和反思。 Based on the needs of the teaching reality of the non commissioned officer school,the teachers should carry out the layered teaching of the applied mathematics course,take the students as the center and teach according to their aptitude,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the students’progress on a year-on-year basis and improving the teaching quality in an all-round way.Based on the study of the theoretical basis and significance of stratified teaching,this paper explores and reflects on the specific measures of stratified teaching in Applied Mathematics.
