现代学徒制在中职校企合作教学中的应用探赜

Exploration of the Application of Modern Apprenticeship System in the Cooperative Teaching of Secondary Vocational Schools and Enterprises

现代学徒制是在保留传统手工学徒制的优点的基础上进一步丰富发展起来的。对于中职院校而言,推广现代学徒制最普遍的做法就是"校企联合"。文章分析现代学徒制的起源、发展及其特征,指出现代学徒制在中职院校校企合作中的应用问题,探索优化校企合作中现代学徒制应用的有效路径。

Modern apprenticeship is developed on the basis of keeping the advantages of traditional manual apprenticeship.For secondary vocational colleges,the most common way to promote modern apprenticeship is"school enterprise alliance".This paper analyzes the origin,development and characteristics of modern apprenticeship,points out the application of modern apprenticeship in school enterprise cooperation of secondary vocational colleges,and explores the effective way to optimize the application of modern apprenticeship in school enterprise cooperation.
