数字创新引领产业高质量发展的机制研究

Research on the Mechanisms of Digital Innovation Leading High-quality Development of Industries

中国经济正处于结构性改革、提升发展质量的关键时期,迫切需要发展数字经济以促进产业升级和结构优化。本文在系统阐述数字创新理论和规律、数字创新驱动下数字经济的形成与发展的基础上,探讨了数字创新驱动产业高质量发展的基本路径和作用机制,提出"促进原生数字化创新模式的涌现与完善"和"对既有产品与生产流程的数字化改造以及数字化思维催生产业发展新方向"的两条基本演进路径。同时,围绕产业发展智能化、高端化,定制化、敏捷化,品牌化、国际化以及生态化和体系现代化的升级四个层次,具体分析数字创新驱动产业高质量发展的作用机制。最后,本文就数字创新驱动产业高质量发展过程中所面临的挑战,从"树立产品质量驱动理念、以重大应用场景拉动关键核心技术突破、核心企业主导生态体系构建、包容性制度环境保障以及领军跨领域人才培养"等维度提出发展建议。

China’s economy is in a critical period of structural reform and improvement of development quality. There is an urgent need to develop digital economy to promote industrial upgrading and structural optimization. On the basis of systematically explanation of the theory and laws of digital innovation, the formation and development of digital economy driven by digital innovation, this paper discussed the basic paths and mechanisms of digital innovation driving high-quality development of industries, and proposed two basic paths of "promoting the emergence and improvement of original digital innovation models" and "digital transformation of existing products and production processes, and digital logic to urge new directions for the development of industries". At the same time, focusing on the four levels of intelligent and high-end development, customized and agile production, branding, internationalization, and ecologicalization and modernization of industries, the mechanisms of digital innovation driving high-quality development of industries were specifically analyzed. Finally, based on the challenges faced in the process of industrial high-quality development driven by digital innovation, thia paper put forward development suggestions from "establishing product quality-driven concept, driving key technological breakthroughs with major application scenarios, core enterprise leading ecosystem construction, guarantee of inclusive institutional environment, leading cross-disciplinary talents training" and other dimensions.
