摘要
废线路板熔池熔炼过程中会产生富含贵重金属的烟灰。本文以脱除了重金属和金的分金渣为研究对象,进行了银的回收试验研究。通过优化Na2SO3浓度、酸度、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌转速及液固比等参数,确定了烟灰分金渣中银回收的最佳工艺条件,为废线路板冶炼烟灰中银的资源再生提供了新路径。
Precious metal-rich soot is produced during the smelting process of the waste printed circuit board molten pool.In this paper,the research on silver recovery was carried out with the slag for removing heavy metals and gold as the research object.By optimizing the parameters such as Na2SO3 concentration,acidity,reaction temperature,reaction time,stirring speed,and liquid-solid ratio,the optimal process conditions for silver recovery from soot and gold slag were determined,which provided a new path for the regeneration of the silver in the soot from the waste printed circuit board smelting.
