吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中7种醇类化合物 被引量:4

摘要 本试验建立了一种利用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中7种醇类化合物的新方法,样品经吹扫捕集,目标化合物经气相色谱分离,由质谱进行定量。试验结果表明,待测物保持在0.2615~27.0100 mg/L范围内,方法的线性关系良好,校准曲线相关系数为0.997~0.999,加标回收率为104%~109%,相对偏差(RSD)为7.5%~9.1%。该方法操作简便,准确度高,可满足水中7种醇类的测定要求。 In this experiment,a new method was developed for the determination of 7 alcohol compounds in water by purge-and-trap/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,samples were trapped and trapped,and target compounds were separated by gas chromatography and quantified by mass spectrometry.The test results show that the analytes are kept in the range of 0.2615 to 27.0100 mg/L,and the linear relationship of the method is good,the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve is 0.997 to 0.999,the recovery rate of standard addition is 104% to 109%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 7.5% to 9.1%.The method is easy to operate and has high accuracy,which can meet the determination requirements of 7 alcohols in water.
